Finding Your Village: Where to Connect with Other Moms in Calgary

Becoming a mom is such a beautiful, wild shift. On one hand, you are never truly alone, you’ve got this tiny human attached to you around the clock, which is magic! But on the other hand, caring for a baby can feel surprisingly isolating. While taking a solo walk through Fish Creek Park or wandering the Calgary Zoo is great for getting out of the house, what we really need is connection.

We need other moms who get it, and our babies need little sidekicks to grow alongside. The best way to beat that postpartum loneliness is by building your local community, so here are some incredible Calgary resources, shared by Calgary mamas for Calgary mamas!

Whether you’re looking to get moving, learn something new, or just swap sleep deprivation stories over a coffee (that probably will stay hot!)  there’s something here for everyone.
